Pancham Singh, head chef and the founder of MTR, began his food journey at the age of 14, working at a tea stall in Mumbai. He started his career in Bombay as a chef working at a famous restaurant called Mukti Hotel. Pancham worked alongside many other cultures before travelling around internationally and working at India Palace, Dubai and many well known restaurants in the UK, finally settling down with an aim of delivering authentic dishes that would not only satisfy Indians but also those who live overseas through MTR!
